REFUND & RETURN POLICY
General Terms
All the products sold through e www.maxgroup.co.in (our website) are delivered. This ensures that you receive genuine products at your doorstep. The products will be delivered by our aligned logistics partners. This ensures that there are no risks of product damage. If you want to cancel the purchase or return the product, please refer to our Returns, Replacement, Refund, and Cancellation Policy. Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed on the same day, Products would be delivered within 3-10 working days from the date of order.
Return / Replacement
If you want to return the product, please return it at the time of delivery. Your amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 7-15 working days after receipt of the returned product and upon verification that it is in proper order. Returns shall not be allowed if the product carton seal is broken.
The return shall also not be allowed if the product is used by the customer, or the returned item is sold as combo/sets and the returned items a part of the combo/sets.
If the product is delivered in a physically damaged condition, we will offer a Free Replacement. If the product is not matching with the purchased item / ordered item, we will take back the wrongly shipped product and get the right product delivered free of cost within 3-5 working days of receipt of returned material.
If the product received is Damage or there is a shortage with respect to the invoice, please call MAXGROUP toll-free no 9319287454 or write to us by E-Mail GZB@MAXGROUP.CO.IN .com within 12 hours of the receipt of the product.
Please share the video/photographs of the products to E-Mail GZB@MAXGROUP.CO.IN along with the Invoice Details to register your complaint. As soon as the return or replacement has cleared its inspection, you will be notified of your return/replacement immediately. We will collect the damaged product with all inbox accessories, original Packing, Fillers, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, test certificate, freebies, and accessories including keys, straps, and locks intact. In the event of a replacement, you will be delivered a new product within 2-4 working days of receipt of returned material.
Returns shall not be allowed if a request is made outside the specified time frame of 2 days from the receipt of the material. Please refer to the Refund policy for the amount to be credited back.
Refund
While placing an order, if the order was not successful, but the money was deducted from your account, please register the complaint with our MAXGROUP through Email. (E-Mail GZB@MAXGROUP.CO.IN ). Upon verification, the refund will happen within 10 -15 working days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank.
The following refund rules shall apply – Cancellation of order within 24 hours of placing the order: No penalty. Cancellation of order after 24 hours and up to 7 days of e-invoice generation: Penalty chargeable is 25% of the invoice value. The remaining amount will be credited back within 7-10 working days after receiving back the product.
Refunds shall not be allowed if it's damaged/used by customers / sold as combo/sets & return individual items from combo/sets.
Refunds shall not be allowed if the Price tag, labels, original packing, Test certificate, freebies & accessories, and box are missing OR to give you a full refund we expect that the products are in the original unopened packaging.
In the event of the Customer’s absence during a courier visit, our courier partner will make attempts to reach you via a phone call or SMS. The second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning the parcel to our assigned Channel Partner. Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the canceled order will be refunded back. Please refer to the Refund policy for the amount that will be credited back.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order by calling our MAXGROUP. Cancellation of part items from an invoice is not possible. The orders can be canceled within 24hrs from the time of order confirmation or till the time the items are shipped out. Order cancellation will not be allowed after the shipment of the order.
In case the customer is not reachable, the order is deemed to be canceled after 24 hours (1 day) of the scheduled slot.

Warranty Policy
Warranty of products starts for the date of sale/ date of installation whichever is earlier.
Please refer to the Warranty Terms as per the following Product Categories - A) Control gear, MCCB, SD-SDF, Fuses, COS & Bypass, Exora, Exora DB, Capacitors APFC, AU, Tripper, Tri box & Fan, Relay, Cooler, Iron, Geyser, RO, kettle, Light, Trip box PLUS range & Digital Starters All home appliances products and their accessories.
All the products listed on the e-commerce platform carry a warranty, against manufacturing defects for a period of 12* months from the date of purchase.
Should the product prove to be defective due to workmanship Or otherwise, we will remedy the defect OR replace the faulty parts OR the whole product at our discretion, as soon as possible, free of cost.
The warranty is however subject to the provision of proper usage, and efficient maintenance and does not cover defects arising out of the fire, accident, inefficient maintenance, faulty operation, and willful OR accidental damage. It also does not cover damage to power electronic components like thyristors and IGBTs, which fail predominantly due to over-temperature and over-voltage. The user needs to take adequate precautions to eliminate these conditions. The manufacturers shall not be liable for any consequential loss, injury, OR damages attributable to the defect OR failure of its products., B) Wiring Devices & Accessories All products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects due to faulty workmanship. All Switches, sockets & accessories carry a warranty of 5 to 12 years from the date of manufacturing. Products with electronic circuits & LED i.e electronic fan regulators, dimmers, footlights, buzzers, hotel range, USB chargers, bell indicators, sensors, touch switches, etc. carry a warranty of 1 year from the date of manufacturing.
All Color products and material plates carry a warranty of 1 to 3 years from the date of manufacturing. Warranty does not apply to cases of breakage/tempering with products. The warranty is subject to the provision of the proper usage and proper maintenance and does not cover defects arising out of the fire, accident, insufficient maintenance, faulty operations, and willful OR accidental damage.
Company shall not be liable for any consequential losses, injuries, OR damages attributed to the defect OR failure of its products.
